POSTER PRESENTATION
• Posters will be displayed daily in accordance with the Program Schedule. Find the Conference Session to which your presentation has been assigned at this link https://iced2025.com/program/ . The printed poster may be hung on the designated Poster support located in the exhibition area on the first floor.
• Each poster will be briefly presented (3 minutes) in the assigned conference room with a Power Point Presentation, if needed. Following this presentation, attendees will move to the poster exhibition area on the first floor, where each presenter will have the opportunity to discuss their poster.
• Posters should be put up in the morning and removed at the end of the conference day assigned to you
• Poster size: 70 cm (width) × 100 cm (height)
• PowerPoint files for poster Presentations must be sent to Overseas Interpreting office@overseasinterpreting.com (for the conference day, please bring a copy of your presentation on USB stick)
ORAL/SIGNED PRESENTATION
• Oral/Signed Presentations are scheduled to last about 15 minutes, according to the session Chair. Please check the program for the final Schedule https://iced2025.com/program/
• PowerPoint files for oral/signed Presentations must be sent to Overseas Interpreting office@overseasinterpreting.com (for the conference day, please bring a copy of your presentation on USB stick)
PRESENTATION TIMING
- Thematic Session composed by 4 presentations: in this session each speaker will have 20 minutes to present their Oral contribution (15min speech + 5min Q&A)
- Thematic Session composed by 5 presentations: in this session each speaker will have 15 minutes to present their Oral contribution (12min speech + 3min Q&A)
- Symposium: Symposium will last 90min. Symposium proposers will also act as chairs and manage the Symposium schedule.
- Poster Presentation: Poster presentations will last 3min without Q&A moment
